“If people look like us we’re more likely to trust them” - that honestly blows my mind, because it means that we’re predisposed to certain inclinations. So how do you change the framework of your mind in a way to reach your highest potential?
It’s a process of breaking down who you were, in order to give yourself the room to be something else. In a sense you have to cut off a part of yourself, and change behaviors so that they align with your goals, in order to reach a higher vision and version of you. - There is no extra effort needed other than action. Action is compounded, everything you do is significant. It creates neural pathways in your brain that puts you in a cycle of continuous behavior, and the more you engage in a certain behavior the less you have to think about it. Self Awareness and accountability are of the utmost importance. Keep it simple, don’t pressure yourself, be steadfast and encouraging. Trust the process in front of you, ad have faith in yourself. You have what it takes to accomplish anything you set your mind to.
