Bixby Creek Bridge

Location: Bixby Creek Bridge, also known as Bixby Canyon Bridge, on the Big Sur coast of California.

Experience: This is one of the most well known and popular bridges in California. I was camping close by on the coast of Big Sur, and made sure to take the time to stop and check it out. It has a wonderful view of the coast and is a common stop for a lot of passerby (correct plural). Theres not much to do here, but the view is magnificent, and there is a bench in the middle of the bridge that you can have a relaxing stop at. I think it is the ideal location for a picture of the coast, and the bridge itself has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend anybody take the time to stop if you’re already in the area, but you don’t have to go out of your way just to see it. (6/10)
