Planet X
I was traveling the universe.
Exploring an undiscovered planet, full of beautiful landscapes, lush forests, dry deserts, roaring rivers & the clearest blue oceans you could ever imagine. Absolutely beyond our world.
1 was traversing through the forest. The trees overhead created a canopy that blocked out the sun. Only dim slivers of light filtered through. I had been trekking for a couple days already, when I was captured by some of the indigenous creatures.
I say creatures, because they did not look 100% human, despite their resemblance to us. They were much like us, except they matched the color of the environment as if they were chameleons. They had the ability to blend in.
After I awoke from capture, I was in the middle of the desert with their medicine man. It was already a hot day, but there was a fire between us, only the flames were of turquoise and silver. He began to unfold what could only be described as a leather covering made of some sort of animal hide or intestines. Inside were a few bones, among some herbs. He found what he was looking for and pulled out a piece of what appeared to be tree bark, or the root of a plant; and began to offer it to me. I did not want to accept it. He took a bite first which gave me comfort, and then motioned for me to do the same. I took a bite, and the flavor could best be described as dirt with a muddy undertone.
I asked what his name was, where I was, how I could understand him and if he could understand me.
His gaze, averted, never once looked at me. He was seamless with the world around him, blending in with the environment, besides the tattered garments he had on his body, and the waves of energy I could see radiating off his figure.
He began to reach for a bowl, near the fire, it had some crushed herbs inside. He removed them with his hand, and tossed them on the fire, which made it erupt in a orangish blue hue. He offered me some tea. No words, just actions.
I didn't want to drink it, but he kept insisting, so I took a sip. I repeated my questions, where am I, who is he, why they captured me and brought me here.
He began to speak of enlightenment, and the strangest part was that I could now understand him. His language was clear as day, the root must have been a form of communication, able to bring cultures from different galaxies to a place of understanding.
He said, you have all these questions, and I will answer.
You asked me my name, I am nameless.
You asked where you are, and you are here. Everywhere you go, there you are.
You asked how you could understand me, and there is nothing to be understood. Everything is as it’s meant to be.
You hear what I say, because we share a common ancestor. The source energy we are derived from. We are one in the same. I am you. You are me.
I blinked, and he was gone. Everything was gone. The fire, the medicine man, the tea, everything disappeared. All I could sea was sand in every direction.
…to be continued…
I started to wander the desert
