Tap into Your Untapped Potential

reminder: things don’t just happen…there are no coincidences…..and opportunities come to those who are willing to reach out and grab them…

Chapter 1:
Everything you’re searching for is already within you. Be relentless in your pursuits. Don’t give up. Stay true to yourself and your values. Good things are coming your way…remember that after a storm there is always a light….

Chapter 2:
Don’t get caught up in anyone else’s race. You don’t have to compare yourself to anyone. Think Long term. There is so much time in this life….

Chapter 3:
You know what’s best for you. You really do. No one knows what you want more than you, and the only person that’s going to make that happen for you is you. We all have this innate sense of direction in our lives, some of us are afraid to really go for it, risk what we have for something better. I guess thats where we have a choice to play it safe, and cruise through life, or risk it knowing that when we are at the end of our time, we can look back on our lives and know that we gave it our all, everyday, day in and day out, trying to accomplish everything we ever set out to do.

Chapter 4:
Forever a work in progress, there is always room for growth, and with that comes knowing, that you can be anything you want…let time work for you….what you start today you can be a master at in 5, 10, 15, 20 years….allow yourself to flow freely and don’t create mental traps. Your thoughts lead to your actions, and your actions create your habits, and your habits can dictate your life…

Chapter 5:
Discipline & hard work go a long way…remember that you reap the rewards that you sow….plant, cultivate, and harvest your dreams… act with precision, on your decisions, for your vision…but remember to be patient, small steps will take you to where you want to go. You don’t have to rush….two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward, with more knowledge and experience to make better decisions moving forward.

Chapter 6:
Nothing is permanent, but it’s that impermanence that allows us to appreciate and cherish what we have while we have it…

Chapter 7:
I replaced the word balance with peace, and found what I was looking for.

Chapter 8:
Listen to that little voice that is so hard to hear, you can only feel it, don’t let anyone discourage you from anything you want to accomplish. A lot of people have sacrificed their dreams, but you never have to…Dreams are meant to encourage us to touch our souls purpose…

Chapter 9:
Stress isn’t real, it doesn’t exist…it only becomes real when you allow it to manifest in your mind and stay there…acknowledge how you feel, identify what’s bothering you and release it….it will take time, practice, and patience, but we all have the ability to control our thoughts, and feelings… create circumstances that will cultivate your soul, in an environment that’s beneficial to your entire being….

Chapter 10:
There are no dead ends, every path only leads to more paths. Trust the process and trust in yourself. Know that your subconscious self has your best interest in mind, and will help lead you to where you want to be, while you are where you’re supposed to be…

Chapter 11:
If you focus on the negative and you’ll only find it harder to see the positive…

Chapter 12:
Are my behaviors self sabotaging, or is my subconscious self working towards something my conscious mind isn’t fully aware of yet?

Chapter 13:
If someone doesn’t treat you the way you want to be treated, it’s important to speak up about your wants/needs and tell them exactly how you want to be treated…but if you tell them & they still don’t treat you that way, then they might not have what it takes to love you the way you deserve to be loved…

Chapter 14:
Don’t hesitate. The moment is always now…use your momentum to fuel you and push you….ride the wave all the way to shore…

Chapter 15:
Clarity is the result of your actions being in alignment with your true intentions…

Chapter 16:
Remember that time is on your side everything that you want to accomplish, you will. Be patient, “the road to a thousand miles starts with one step.” Take it day by day, and continue working towards your goals, there might be detours and sidetracks, but as long as you continue pushing towards your destination you’ll get there. Enjoy what you see along the way, happiness is a journey not a destination.

Chapter 17:
Be the energy you want to attract…put out positive vibrations and you’ll find more positive vibrations around you…what you believe in this world, is what you will find, and what you seek you already have…but more than that, who you believe yourself to be, is who you will become...

Chapter 18:
The past may have brought you to the present, but the future is in your hands. It’s never too late.

Chapter 19:
If you keep making the same mistake you haven’t learned your lesson yet….

Chapter 20:
Its’ easy for a person to tell you one thing and act another way….actions speak louder than words, and a persons actions speak volumes for them….. life is a marathon not a sprint, you can’t sprint a marathon….

Chapter 21:
You’re never really lost, sometimes you’re just in a place you don’t recognize…..

Chapter 22:
If you feel lost or confused, know everything you’re experiencing is exactly what you need to, good or bad, in order to take you to where you want to be. Our experiences shape us, and influence who we become….but that’s because of the way, that we perceive these events, that happen to us in our lives.

Chapter 23:
A lot of times our perceptions are from years back, our childhood, upbringing, parents, friends, families, movies, whatever generation we grew up in, we had influences to shape our way of thinking….I’m telling you that those are all biases developed outside of you, and the only person that can decide how somethingg affects them is you…use everything as motivation for becoming a better version of yourself….and look for the positive silver linings in the haze in front of you….sometimes things may not be clear at that moment, but just because you can’t see where you are about to step, does not mean mean that there is not solid ground in front of you…that’s faith….

Chapter 24:
There is no missing ingredient, no secret to life… you create the life you want to live… and despite everything you have experienced we as humans have the ability to forget about the past and look towards the future, by embracing the moment at hand…

Chapter 25:
It’s that simple, make peace with the past, embrace the moment, and look towards the future…with time on your side there is nothing you can’t accomplish….

Chapter 26:
Opportunities present themselves all the time, keep an open mind, and understand that no matter what decisions you make, it was the right choice for you at that time.

Chapter 27:
Focus on the big picture & break it down into smaller pieces, little by little you’ll accomplish your goals. Life is a long and beautiful journey, don’t pressure yourself. There is no need for you to add pressure….whatever areas of your life that feel overwhelming, work to relieve yourself of that stress…

Chapter 28:
Energy works exponentially & vice versa: the more you put in, the more you get out…the less you put in, the more depleted you will feel…

Chapter 29:
You may not always feel good, but that’s only a starting point, with your new perception, life will no longer overwhelm you…nothing has power over you…the toughest thing to accomplish is quieting your mind & if you can do that, you can do anything…Focus & determination, and clear goals will make things easier, but even if you don’t know, as long as you do what feels right, theres no way you can go wrong….

Chapter 30:
There is a natural organic flow to everything… a natural process that everything is experiencing simultaneously…this is the life source that pushes all of us forward….don’t stress yourself out…let time work for you….a lot of people give up on their dreams, but you never have to, dreams are meant to encourage us to touch our souls purpose.

Part II - You Are Who you believe yourself to be

Chapter 1:
Anything is Everything, but everything is nothing, yet nothing is something, so does that mean that anything is something too, or is nothing anything but?

Chapter 2:
Happiness comes from within it is an innate presence present in all forms of life. Experienced through perception, all results of experience positive or negative only have a connotation due to the fact of prior events whether seen or experienced. Having primed us to feel one way or another, we believe things to be good or bad, because we are given information to persuade us to have these predispositions for experiences we have yet to face/feel.

Chapter 3:
For example, heartbreak, heartbreak is portrayed as a negative harmful experience, but when seen from a different perspective, heartbreak allows people to shed the old skin, and experience a metamorphosis, that allows one to grow and evolve into an entirely new person who in having felt hurt, could find a new strength within, and realize that they are the person they can truly rely on.

Chapter 4:
Each and every individual has a vast source of energy they can tap into. This energy is not used to its full potential until people find peace within themselves. we are the energy we attract and when we exude confidence and security it is because we are trusting in our decisions and our intuition.

Chapter 5:
you don’t have to be an expert to get started, you just have to start. Sounds simple, because it is simple, but what’s not simple, is how we get stuck in our patterns. It’s not always easy to break them, even though it all comes down to the choices we make.

Chapter 6:
If you tell yourself you want something, and you think you really want it & have been saying it for a while, but haven’t made the effort to get it….then this is a pivotal moment for you. A turning point.

Chapter 7:

You have an innate sense of direction for your life, that’s being navigated subconsciously.

Chapter 8:

Everything happens as it’s supposed to… You don’t have to worry about anything. Everything you experience, as good, bad, or terrible as it may be, it is important that you have the experience in order to become who you were always meant to be. This version of you can come at anytime, for some they are young, others may be older, it doesn’t matter, time is time, and it arrives no sooner than when it comes.

We are always growing, constantly from one instantaneous moment to another our entire being is absorbing everything around us.

Chapter 9:

You have the ability accomplish anything at anytime in your life. It is never too late. Everything is a matter of perspective. Your reality is only shaped by your perception of your environment, seen & unseen.

Chapter 10:

Who believe you are, is who you will become. What you believe you are, is who you will become. If you treat yourself like a billionaire, a person of peace, & understanding, refer to yourself as intelligent, perceptive, adaptable, & stress free, you will come to embody those qualities.

Chapter 11:

Nothing is Permanent, but it’s that impermanence that allows us to appreciate & cherish what we have while we have it…

question: if you don’t appreciate what you have, while you have it, did you even really have it?

Chapter 12:
Emphasis:
Every decision you make, will make, and have ever made, was exactly what you wanted at that time….

we always have a choice, even if you feel like you don’t….

side note: If you feel forced to make a certain decision, it may feel that way because you’re afraid the consequences or repercussions will be too great.

Chapter 13:

Health is wealth, no health no wealth….

Chapter 14:

reminder: It’s never too late you always have time.

You always have time to create a life, that is better than you ever imagined….

Chapter 15:

Each moment is temporary and any negativity you may feel can be seen as the foundation for your future…you have the power to create the life you always dreamed of….remember that.

Chapter 16:

Everyone is living their life as best as they can to the best of their abilities. We all make these choices everyday.
The happiest people are the ones most satisfied with the choices they make, whatever they may be.

Chapter 17:

Every choice we make, Every action we take, has a reaction. We can consciously shift our way of life, our environment, and our perception, through choices we make , in order to give ourselves a better view of the reality we live in, or to encourage us to take the steps necessary to change it.

Chapter 18:

If you spend your time thinking about something, you’re giving energy in that direction.
Now anything you think about good or bad, is giving that thought energy. The more energy you give those thoughts, the more you’ll be drawn in that direction, even if that’s not your intention.

Our subconscious is powerful. It is always listening. When you entertain thoughts on a consistent basis, whether you’re actively participating or not, your subconscious will begin to lead you in those directions, in order to help make your thoughts your new reality. Thats why it’s so important to train your mind to try and look at things in a positive light, to see things in a way that is beneficial to your entire being. It’s easy to get caught up in negativity and allow that to become you’re new reality, when you’re sinking, its hard to float at the same time….but the great thing about being human, is that we all have a natural resilience to this feeling, a natural instinct to want to survive and thrive….

Chapter 19: *

To explain it in more depth, our lives can be seen as cycles, good and bad, and with every high there is a corresponding low, and for every low, there is a corresponding high, and in order to find a sense of balance, we need to experience both.

Personally my life is full of patterns, and I am in what feels like a never-ending cycle. I break one pattern, one habit, and replace it with a more positive one. Slowly changing and adapting to a new routine, new lifestyle, and creating a new version of myself through the process, with an entirely new frame of mind.

Chapter 20:

Breathing, it’s a powerful technique that can be used to help you feel alive. Taking a number of big deep breaths, whole heartedly filling your lungs, can truly help you stop what you’re doing, and realize that your body is absorbing oxygen to give you life. At the same time, have you ever tried holding your breath? how about for an amount of time, that it became hard for you to hold it? That once you decided to breathe, you sucked the oxygen in like it was the last breath you ever took? Breathing is something we all take for granted, but having clear lungs, and the ability to even intake the air we breathe, is a great method to remind us that we have so much to be grateful for, and can also help to distract us to keep our cool.

*For example, I use deep breathing to remind myself not to stress out….like when you’re in traffic, and a car cuts you off, or somebody flips you off, I always take a huge breath (or two) right when I start feeling myself getting stressed or angry, or any negative emotion I would rather not associate myself with, and then I redirect my thoughts. The guy speeding that cut me off, maybe he’s in a rush driving that fast, cause his wife is giving birth at the hospital. It doesn’t really matter why, as long as you take a deep breath and come up with a reason to justify his actions, even if there is no good reason, it’s important so that you can have your peace. If you are able to redirect your anger or stressful feelings you get from other peoples actions, your state of mind, your reality, your peace will no longer be affected by the actions of other people.

Chapter 21:

Some people are fortunate enough to know exactly what they want, others may want to experience it all. It doesn’t really matter, cause deep down, you know exactly what you want, and you know how to get it. You might not even realize it, but you are already in the process of attaining the wisdom & knowledge you need in order to proceed further.

Every action you take is giving you more information on how to better reach your goals….your third eye is always watching and observing you, act accordingly. Understand that it is there to help you become a better person, by seeing ourselves from an unbiased perspective.

*Chapter 22:

Love…some people need love shown to them, others are meant to show love unto others….

Chapter 23:

You are already on your path, have faith, and remember that there is no pressure, or stress, you can make any choice & things will work out, as long as you have the willpower and determination to continue pushing.

you know what you want, but only you can carry yourself forward, don’t allow your circumstances to keep you down. Find momentum and flow with it, allow it to carry you forward.

Chapter 24:

The hardest and most important moments are the most subtle, they feel the most normal, because they are the easiest moments to pass up, why? Because it’s just as easy to do something, as it is not to do it. No matter the difficulty of the choice, it is just as easy to do something, as it is not to. Why, because that’s what it all boils down to, a choice, actively choosing to take your best interest and stick with it. Life is a never-ending series of choices separated into mental chapters, marked by what we thought was significant at that time.

Chapter 25:

Stick to your Values, what you believe in, establishes who you believe yourself to be.
The foundation for your future starts today. Goals are helpful, but you don’t have to have it all planned out.
Be patient & give yourself time, Appreciate this experience for what it is, but make the most of it.

Is the grass greener on the other side?

The grass is green on the side that you water.
The more you tend to certain areas of your life,
The more you will grow to appreciate those aspects.

Part III

Chapter 1:

The more you find out about yourself, the more you become less of who you are.

Chapter 2:

Choose to be happy everyday….happiness is a choice you make every moment of everyday. It’s not hard at all, but it takes practice and dedication…like anything else in life, to be happy; is something you can become and something that comes easier with time, practice, and consistency.

Chapter 3:

Sometimes it is easier to identify why you’re not happy. We all have the power to change our lives and our circumstances in order to bring about desired results.

It all depends on what you truly want out of life….

Chapter 4:

The age old question, what do I want out of life? Well it changes often, usually just as fast as the seconds tick by. It’s up to you to be relentless in your pursuits whatever they may be.

Chapter 5:
Our actions reflect what we believe we want out of life, but if you’re truly unhappy with your life, that means your actions have not been in alignment with where you truly see yourself or what you see yourself wanting to do.

Chapter 6:
It’s up to us, to create that reality for ourselves. Things may never be perfect, but that’s the beauty of being you, you can always change the reality you live in.

Final Thoughts

We are not defined by any one moment, we are all boundless with an unlimited sense of potential, the world has a way of making you feel like you are less than you are…but you’re more than you believe yourself to be…we are always growing and adapting changing and developing, you’re not a finished product, and you have the ability to change your life at any moment….it all starts with you….
