Renaissance pleasure fair
Went to the Renaissance Pleasure Fairre, with my Mom, and brother, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. You’re immediately transported in time to another world, and most people are dressed in costume, we were from the future, so we had on clothes from this millennia. Pretty soon we were speaking the language, hazzah, thank ye, gramercy, all the subtle lingo you pick up from walking the streets, visiting different booths. They had games, performances, and plenty of food. From turkey legs, to brisket, and poke, you name it they probably had it. We saw a fire eater, and fire dancer, as well as the queens court, and joust match. There was so much to do, it would be hard to fit it all in in one day without being exhausted. Would recommend getting their early taking your time, wearing comfortable shoes, and just soak in everything there is to see. The costumes were phenomenal, and the wench’s that serve you beers, will pour the drinks directly in your mouth if you ask, an experience in itself. Will definitely be back in the future. 10/10
