DEATH & CO. (LA)

Went to to Death & Co. a speakeasy type bar, in the heart of the arts district. Met up with a couple, we were guided to a table downstairs, behind a few different curtains, the ambiance is romantic, and dives, depending on who you show up with, but regardless there is a classy mood set by the lighting. Jay, the manager, brought us some appetizers to the table on the house, and we ordered some drinks. I had cognac on the rocks, with a hint of pistachio. I can not remember, what the other members of our party ordered, but I know we all really enjoyed the food and drinks. They have a menu that changes with the season, so I will definitely be back this summer to see what they have to offer. I also want to give a big thanks to Jay, and the staff here at Death and CO, they really went above and beyond for us, and even comped half of our drinks. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a bar in a long time. 10/10 @deathandcompany
